- Lead a regional organization, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and customer-centric execution.
- Drive demand generation by identifying new customer-centric products, services, and digital solutions that increase revenue and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a key thought leader in the APAC digital health market, accelerating technology adoption that creates measurable value for customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D, and Finance to evaluate the commercialization potential of new digital health offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, digital health, diagnostics, or related industries.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams to achieve shared business outcomes and drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success in gaining market share, expanding markets, and renewing strategic business relationships.
- Strong sales acumen within the diagnostic industry with a proven ability to drive adoption.
- Advanced knowledge of the APAC digital health market, including interoperability frameworks (LIMS, EMR).
- Deep expertise in laboratory workflow processes and informatics solutions within diagnostic environments.
- Demonstrated experience with ROI development for medical SaaS products and understanding of SaaS billing models.
