Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Validation Run execution in a high-pressure environment, managing timelines and risk mitigation.
- Own time-bound data crunching pipelines, including automated log parsing, metrics aggregation, and delivering decision-ready reports.
- Guarantee coverage completeness across MBIST and flows, driving Hot/Cold corners and async timing boundary closure.
- Develop and debug test programs on SM3/Cobra and Advantest V93K, enforcing code quality and release discipline.
- Architect and execute Verilog simulations (bench creation, stimulus, checkers) to replicate sightings and validate hypotheses.
- Perform power/thermal characterization, correlating IDD/thermal data with performance and reliability.
- Lead silicon debug across Design, Verification, Quality, and System Engineering, driving corrective action closure.
- Mentor junior engineers on validation best practices, platform nuances, and simulation methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
- 8+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.
- At least 2 years of HBM Validation experience.
- Proficiency in test platform code development using C/C++, Python, and APG.
- Strong expertise in MBIST (SM3/Cobra) and Mode (Advantest V93K) testing.
- Expertise in Verilog simulation, including bench architecture, stimulus/checkers, and waveform analysis.
- Proven ability to execute ValRuns and perform high-speed I/O validation with eye/IDD characterization.
- Advanced scripting and data analytics skills; experience with Confluence/Jira and Git/Perforce.
