Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the shift maintenance team for front-end module equipment, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks.

- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, EHS requirements, and all safety procedures during maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Able and willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated experience in shift-based support, team coordination, or leadership roles.
