Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, specifically within a test environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tester platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, or other industry-standard ATE.
  • Familiarity with wafer probers or IC handlers such as TEL (Tokyo Electron), Tokyo Seimitsu, or Cohu.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and yield improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to use specialized diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts or provide on-call support as required by production needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
