Key Responsibilities
- Create and track FID/CID for Lam SG Sales QxR.
- Prepare quotations for repeat orders and manage deal sheets for ADM submission.
- Follow up on customer PO issuance, invoice generation, and GR closure.
- Update and maintain business opportunities and forecasts on the Supplier Sloting Portal.
- Manage Account Team profitability, customer saving ledger, various deals, and associated credits.
- Deliver regular internal reporting (primarily QCR/QFR) to management and stakeholders.
- Gather, consolidate, analyze forecasts, and develop Q×R projections for Spares business.
- Communicate revenue recognition quarter, target labor hours, quotation #, and PO # with CSBG operation & Finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year experience OR Diploma holder with more than 3 years of related work experience (Sales Support, Finance, or Admin role).
- Proficiency in data analytics using Power BI.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Meticulous with strong organizing, analyzing skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience dealing with cross-functional teams.
