Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experience in the semiconductor industry with Wet process background
  • Deep understanding of process technologies such as Vapor etch, wet strip, Dry strip, selective chemical etching, etc
  • Experience fixing process issues, implementing corrective actions, and supporting technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take calculated risks and execute on new solutions
  • Strategic thinking within the context of the PD leadership team regarding team engagement and culture
  • Familiarity with electrical evaluation methods and Fab metrology tools (e.g., CD-SEM, thickness measurement instruments, particle counters)
  • Experience with knowledge management systems, SOP development, and compliance with safety/quality standards
