Key Responsibilities
- Drive concepts, plans, and processes to effectively maintain, operate, and sustain NSM Systems operated by SMRT TRAINS.
- Direct the development of robust and effective maintenance concepts for all NSM Systems.
- Provide advice on life cycle support, supply chain management, and system management for NSM Systems.
- Support the development of Integrated Product Support Plans for all NSM Systems projects and acquisition programs.
- Oversee resource planning to optimize system availability by maintaining a holistic view of the supply chain requirement.
- Participate in major contract negotiations for outsourcing, repair, and logistics support, including PBL/LTSS and Framework Agreements.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Network System Maintenance (NSM) for Building & Facilities and Permanent Way.
- Deep understanding of asset management business processes including budget, contracting, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage system performance metrics such as MTBF and MTTR.
- Experience managing lifecycle stages from acquisition through retirement.
- Strong negotiation skills for major contracts with OEMs and suppliers.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term sustainment strategies.
