Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing PC OEM (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, etc) consumption revenue across the APAC region
  • Managing and influencing OEM regional teams on Qualcomm strategies and closely aligning with host OEM account teams
  • Aligning and executing PC consumption programs with OEMs across the APAC region
  • Leading the APAC PC task force by working closely with regional PC champions and OEM/GTM teams
  • Leading a team of direct and matrix reports

Requirements

  • 12+ years of sales, product management or business development of complex technology products in compute businesses with knowledge of global dynamics of ODMs, OEMs and certification
  • Strategic account management expertise, the ability to manage change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
  • Experience in design win and region sell-through partnerships with PC OEMs
  • Deep knowledge and experience in building complex financial models that create win-win situations for Qualcomm and our customers
  • Expert technical understanding and hands-on experience in mobile and PC technology including being first line of defense for technical and product issues
  • Proficient and detailed understanding of supply chain, product development and marketing of compute products such as notebooks, Chromebooks, and tablets
  • Experience in negotiating and managing MDF, NRE and component pricing with large consumer electronic OEMs
  • Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally and externally
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of sales, business development, product development, or related work experience
  • Master’s degree in business or technology preferred
  • 20+ years in product marketing, sales, or product management in the PC industry
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
