Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily tasks efficiently for each Technical Officer (TO).
- Conduct and ensure weekly Safety Protected Time (SPT) talks are carried out, including e-submission of attendance.
- Oversee contractors to ensure works are performed safely and provide feedback on daily site activities.
- Support LTA / Developer A&A Projects, ad-hoc safety assurance checks, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and defect punchlisting.
- Manage handover/takeover of Building & Facility (B&F) systems (EMF, ECS, E&L) with IFM.
- Provide site access to LTA / contractors for surveys, including supervising commercial contractors working near escalators.
- Complete and file all necessary project paperwork, such as checklists and Project T&C checklists.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Prior experience in operation & maintenance of M&E/C&S systems.
- Ability to perform shift works and work on weekends/public holidays.
