Key Responsibilities
- Implement equipment improvement projects to achieve optimal maintenance cost per wafer, reliability, yield, and throughput.

- Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.

- Translate Production and Engineering needs into actionable maintenance tasks to meet manufacturing targets.
- Participate in cost reduction projects to maintain operational efficiency.
- Generate and analyze Equipment downtime Pareto reports to address chronic issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
- More than 10 years of experience in Electroplating processes on AMAT Raider tools (Raider Edge version).
- Proven experience with Bath Analysis supported by Nova Ankolyzer.
- Deep knowledge of the specified tool types.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing electrical schematic and block diagrams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental teamwork.
