Key Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand, manage, and improve end-to-end warehouse processes.
- Drive lean initiatives, 5S, cycle-time reduction, and continuous improvement activities.

- Coordinate and prioritize orders to meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.

- Act as an escalation point for urgent or critical customer orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including planning, transport, customer service, and quality—to resolve operational issues.
- Liaise with customer representatives/agents for urgent tasks and time-sensitive requests.
- Troubleshoot SAP/WM issues and work with the digital team to resolve system gaps.
- Ensure warehouse documentation, transactions (e.g., FIFO, MIGO), and processes meet accuracy and compliance standards.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across operations.
- Provide feedback to IPL (Industrial Performance & Lean) and support process improvement project implementation.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or related field).
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and terminology (e.g., FIFO, MIGO).
- Familiar with inventory management and transportation workflows.
- Computer literate; SAP & Warehouse Management (WM) experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Curious and eager to understand how things work (and how they can work better).
- A self-starter who enjoys being on the shopfloor and solving real operational challenges.
