Key Responsibilities

Work side-by-side with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand, manage, and improve end-to-end warehouse processes.

Ensure warehouse documentation, transactions (e.g., FIFO, MIGO), and processes meet accuracy and compliance standards.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across operations.
Provide feedback to IPL (Industrial Performance & Lean) and support process improvement project implementation.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or related field).
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and terminology (e.g., FIFO, MIGO).
Familiar with inventory management and transportation workflows.
Computer literate; SAP & Warehouse Management (WM) experience is a plus.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Curious and eager to understand how things work (and how they can work better).
