Key Responsibilities

  • Work side-by-side with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand, manage, and improve end-to-end warehouse processes.

  • Troubleshoot SAP/WM issues and work with the digital team to resolve system gaps.
  • Ensure warehouse documentation, transactions (e.g., FIFO, MIGO), and processes meet accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across operations.
  • Provide feedback to IPL (Industrial Performance & Lean) and support process improvement project implementation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or related field).
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and terminology (e.g., FIFO, MIGO).
  • Familiar with inventory management and transportation workflows.
  • Computer literate; SAP & Warehouse Management (WM) experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Curious and eager to understand how things work (and how they can work better).
  • A self-starter who enjoys being on the shopfloor and solving real operational challenges.
