Requirements

- Displays curiosity of key business functions and processes and a passion to build business insight.
- Proven experience handling large datasets, performing accurate analysis under tight timelines, and using tools such as Excel (advanced functions), HR analytics platforms, or visualization tools Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage leaders at all levels.
