Key Responsibilities

  • Review, document, and streamline end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire) focusing on efficiency and data quality.
  • Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, primarily Employee Central, including exposure to Recruiting (RCM) workflows and business rules.
  • Build, enhance, and support process automation and digital solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Support integrations between SuccessFactors and automation solutions using standard integrations or APIs.
  • Identify functional gaps in SuccessFactors and implement pragmatic workarounds using low-code tools, RPA, or basic scripting.
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives through requirements documentation, solution build support, testing, and UAT coordination.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Technology teams to deliver compliant solutions.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across SuccessFactors and downstream HR systems.

Requirements

  • Recognised diploma or degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central, with exposure to Recruiting (RCM) workflows.
  • Practical experience supporting HR process improvement or optimisation initiatives.
  • Working understanding of the HR lifecycle and system design impacts on payroll and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into workable solutions.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills across HR and Technology teams.
