Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain timely reporting through systems like CMS Next while complying with Abbott Quality and Regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Field Service Engineering experience in relevant industries (diagnostics, medical device, semiconductor) is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven ability to build successful relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and lab staff.
  • Demonstrated excellent product knowledge and process skills related to service delivery functions.
  • Strong ability to identify and drive resolutions, acting as a technical expert for the product line.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience utilizing analytical tools/software.
  • Proven coaching and training abilities.
  • Willingness to provide rotational standby after work hours and work overtime when urgent service issues arise.
