Key Responsibilities

  • Tackle complex issues related to product performance, cost, quality, and yield
  • Grow and develop the team for efficiency and impact
  • Collaborate with global Design, Firmware, Diagnostics, Tools, Quality, Validation, and Central teams
  • Provide technical leadership and team management
  • Ensure product health and cost target attainment

Requirements

  • More than 12 years of relevant experience
  • More than 5 years in a team management role
  • Technical and specialized knowledge in Test, Characterization, Platform Engineering areas such as OS kernel, Driver, BIOS firmware development, Diagnostics or System Debug
  • Semiconductor industry experience in product development for computing/graphics SOCs
  • Demonstrated object-oriented programming experience in scripting and/or programming languages such as Python and Java
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering (preferred)
  • Strong people, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CPU, GPU, and system architectures
  • Creative innovator with ability to comprehend big-picture strategies while undertaking detail-oriented tasks
  • Effective collaborator in cross-functional teams
  • Independent, resourceful, and self-driven learner capable of acquiring new skills independently
