Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Lead and support Product Owners/Business Project Managers in the execution of product roadmaps and workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall product vision and strategic goals.
- Actively partner with stakeholders and technology teams in the solutioning process to ensure business solutions are strategically aligned, promote process standardization, enable intelligent operations, and leverage a data-driven operating model with comprehensive dashboards.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Elicitation & Analysis: Organize and facilitate requirements gathering workshops to elicit and analyse user requirements from various teams.
- Document end-to-end business process flows, identifying gaps and addressing potential risks.
- Review, validate, and prioritize user requirements/user stories based on business value, strategic alignment, and product roadmap.
- Collate and manage all relevant details regarding applications for the assigned business vertical, including interfacing systems, data content, and data held within applications.
