Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and documentation of regional and global Talent Management initiatives and programs.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Comfort working with data and preparing presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Interest in Talent Management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
