Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement & sourcing efforts for Singapore, reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all Indirect projects, ensuring best-in-class execution.
- Drive strategic initiatives including spend reduction targets, purchasing efficiency improvements, and enhanced customer service.
- Monitor the implementation of sourcing strategies and ensure contract compliance, resolving constraints as they arise.
- Build and mentor the procurement team through recruitment, training, staffing, and retention strategies.
- Drive a customer-centric approach to issue resolution while representing the Procurement function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- At least 10 years of work experience in engineering and/or procurement.
- Specialization in Facilities CAPEX & OPEX is required.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
