Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and control cleanroom environmental parameters—including airborne molecular contaminants (AMC), airborne particles, and trace metals—to ensure compliance with stringent semiconductor fabrication requirements and yield critical specifications.
  • Lead systematic investigations into Out of Control (OOC) and Out of Specification (OOS) contamination or environmental events, performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop, optimize, and enforce contamination control and environmental monitoring protocols, ensuring all fab systems operate within defined statistical process control (SPC) limits.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Operations, Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Facilities teams to address contamination risks and drive cross module improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with semiconductor-relevant quality and ESD standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ANSI/ESD S20.20.
