Key Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and control cleanroom environmental parameters—including airborne molecular contaminants (AMC), airborne particles, and trace metals—to ensure compliance with stringent semiconductor fabrication requirements and yield critical specifications.
Lead systematic investigations into Out of Control (OOC) and Out of Specification (OOS) contamination or environmental events, performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, optimize, and enforce contamination control and environmental monitoring protocols, ensuring all fab systems operate within defined statistical process control (SPC) limits.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Operations, Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Facilities teams to address contamination risks and drive cross module improvements.
Ensure compliance with semiconductor-relevant quality and ESD standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ANSI/ESD S20.20.
