Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for necessary infrastructure upgrades.
- Conduct risk assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance system resilience.
- Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians through structured training programs.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on system capacity expansion, reliability improvement, and energy efficiency.
- Spearhead the deployment of SMART power systems and predictive diagnostics to enhance operational intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in High, Medium, and Low Voltage Electrical Systems Design, Maintenance, and Operations.
- Proven experience within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments is required.
- Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems and IEC standards.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and facilities systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent engineering initiatives.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
