- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Any prior internship/experience in plastic component design, tooling, and manufacturing processes are plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other engineering tools are plus.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus.
