Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process and chemistry pathfinding for the Process Technology Roadmap of NAND memory technologies.
  • Interact with equipment and material suppliers to drive innovative technology development and ensure timely progress in pathfinding work.
  • Evaluate the future potential of new materials and methods from academic/consortium projects to guide roadmap solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations, engineering teams, and TD fabs on process technology pathfinding activities.
  • Own critical taskforces, leading multi-functional technical teams to drive new tech node yield and device roadmaps.
  • Identify, define, and drive SOW agreements to increase Micron's exclusivity in equipment, chemistry, and process solutions.
  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in WET Process development.
  • Deep understanding of memory technologies, semiconductor processing, and devices.
  • Strong understanding of surface science and analytic methods related to material properties.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects through cross-disciplinary and cross-organizational logistical issues.
  • Expertise in semiconductor process technology assessment for rational risk assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability to form strong collaborations (internal and external) and manage internal customers.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience.
  • Proven partnership and matrix management skills.
