Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline and improve planner reports
  • Assist in reviewing and simplifying current planning reports to make them more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly, including automating repetitive steps where possible and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Enhance and tidy up working files
  • Support the restructuring, cleaning, and optimization of planning-related working files (Excel, dashboards, trackers) to improve usability, reduce manual workload, and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Improve scheduler & planner work instructions
  • Review, refine, and standardize work instructions and SOPs to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with current best practices. Update documentation to make it easy for new and existing users to understand and follow.
  • Document end-to-end processes
  • Contribute to creating well-organized, version-controlled documentation that captures workflows, roles, responsibilities, and step-by-step procedures for planning and scheduling activities.
  • OTD Performance Monitoring
  • Track daily/weekly On-Time Delivery performance against targets and maintain dashboards and highlight deviations, trends, and recurring issues.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on status and risks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables; knowledge of automation or VBA is a bonus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Good communication skills, able to write concise and clear work instructions.
  • Eager to learn and comfortable working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams.
