Key Responsibilities
- Address billing enquiries and resolve contractual disputes related to Revenue or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, Maintenance, Operations) to resolve billing matters and service feedback.
- Identify risks associated with business process changes and implement improvements for operational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on customer and financial matters based on billing and settlement activities for management meetings.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized billing files in the company's archiving systems.
- Execute sound project management principles when handling reimbursements or grants.
- Handle Purchase Requisition (PR) / Purchase Order processing for department supplies.
Requirements
- Recognized diploma in Science, Building, or any Engineering branch.
- At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance, Operations, or Project management related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple complex issues concurrently with a meticulous approach.
- Strong ability to produce and present reports and proposals clearly.
- Demonstrated understanding of general business processes and organizational framework.
