Key Responsibilities

  • Address billing enquiries and resolve contractual disputes related to Revenue or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Identify risks associated with business process changes and implement improvements for operational effectiveness.

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized billing files in the company's archiving systems.
  • Execute sound project management principles when handling reimbursements or grants.
  • Handle Purchase Requisition (PR) / Purchase Order processing for department supplies.

Requirements

  • Recognized diploma in Science, Building, or any Engineering branch.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance, Operations, or Project management related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex issues concurrently with a meticulous approach.
  • Strong ability to produce and present reports and proposals clearly.
  • Demonstrated understanding of general business processes and organizational framework.
