Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test programs for HBM component validation

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related)
- Knowledge of Computer Architecture/DRAM architecture and flows
- Experience in C/C++, Python, or Perl
- Understanding of DFT/functional testing (loopback, MBIST, scan etc.)
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment and repository systems
- Exposure to Verilog/System Verilog simulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
