Key Responsibilities
- Leverage company-approved AI-assisted tools to maximize productivity across requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and documentation while adhering to security standards.
- Provide IT solutions specifically addressing complex semiconductor manufacturing business problems.
- Participate in the application lifecycle management (plan, development, test, deploy & maintain) for software systems within a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Engage in user requirements collection, discussion, and analysis to define project scope.
- Apply software development best practices, including code review, quality assurance testing, and CI/CD processes.
- Plan and coordinate worldwide software releases, including user training and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Enable system performance monitoring to proactively identify abnormalities and prevent unexpected system failures.
- Provide continuous operational support, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and system recovery.
- Perform scheduled application software and hardware maintenance to ensure high uptime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, or Angular.
- Knowledge of Docker/Pod/Containerization concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and business processes.
- Innovative mindset toward developing IT solutions for complex business challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to provide 24/7 standby operation support on a rotational basis for L3 Support.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment as needed.
