Key Responsibilities
- Provide line sustaining support in both Test floor and Engineering Laboratory
- Assist in testing devices/wafers based on the instructions from Test Engineers
- Maintain equipment in tiptop condition by ensuring proper PM/Cal is being done
- Support test and bench setup which may require re-configuring the instruments
- Swap and replace boards to suit a particular requirement
- Communicate with Engineers and generate reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Test Semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Experience working on different ATE platforms
- Experience in troubleshooting and ability to resolve test setup
- Hands-on experience on any of the following Test Equipment: Advantest and Teradyne testers, handlers, and probers
- Diploma in Engineering preferably Electrical/electromechanical Engineering
- Bachelor's degree; OR Associate's degree and 1+ year of Engineering Technician or related work experience; OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Engineering Technician or related work experience
- Good communication skill required for communicating with Engineers and generating reports
