Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, tracking, and coordination for mixed-signal and high-speed interface IP development programs
- Work with analog, digital, verification, and SoC integration teams to help align activities and deliverables
- Maintain schedules, action items, and milestones aligned with pre-silicon development phases
- Gather status updates from engineering teams and assist in preparing clear and concise program reports
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate concerns to senior program managers when needed
- Support documentation efforts, including meeting notes, readiness checklists, and integration requirements
- Use standard project and program management tools to support execution, following established processes and best practices
Requirements
- Prior experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
- Basic understanding of ASIC, SoC, or IP development lifecycles
- Interest or exposure to mixed-signal or high-speed interface IP is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or similar tracking tools
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
