Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost-effective manufacturing process procedures in wafer fabrication by providing engineering support to the production line.
- Take full ownership of all engineering issues related to the assigned process.
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by collaborating with various technical teams.
- Maintain, manage, and improve department quality KPIs such as wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, and non-conformance lots.
- Establish robust process control systems for Si & SiC to minimize Wafer At Risk (WAR) and maximize signal-to-noise ratio on SPC & FDC.
- Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for the overall quality control system through benchmarking.
- Participate in local team projects focused on cost reduction, process robustness, quality improvement, and cycle time improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials preferred).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations related to dose concentration, angle, and air pressure.
- Self-initiated, proactive approach to work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
- Willingness to work independently.
