Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them in a timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure fulfillment.
- Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
- Prepare all shipping documents for both international shipments and domestic deliveries.
- Handle ad hoc requests pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments, and domestic deliveries.
- Proven experience in the preparation of shipping documents.
- Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Ability to comply with company policies, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
- Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
