Requirements

Passionate about AI/ML technology with a focus on delivering practical business value Collaborative, adaptable, and effective in team environments Proven ability to drive initiatives and influence key outcomes Strong problem-solving mindset, with organizational and time management skills Your experience includes: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field Substantial experience in AI/ML technologies applied to industrial use cases, including projects involving tabular data, time series data, and computer vision, in order of importance Proficient in Python for model development with some experience in libraries (Polar, Scikit-learn), deep learning frameworks (PyTorch), hyperparameter tuning (Optuna), causal AI (DoWhy, PyMC), optimization and simulation (SciPy, Google OR-Tools, Evolutionary Algorithms, Mesa), GenAI-based complex reasoning (OctoTools) and evolutionary coding agents (OpenEvolve) Location: Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations.
Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
