Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Wealth Management Operations (WMO) across all DBS locations.
- Understand existing operational processes within the Wealth Management division.
- Conduct detailed business analysis of current workflows.
- Contribute to process re-engineering and optimization initiatives.
- Support project teams in the implementation of the WMO strategy and Target Operating Model.
Requirements
- Degree Holder with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking Operations Hands-on experience with Avaloq System will be of added advantage A keen eye for control and ability to sieve out key issues and root causes in various circumstances Strong control mindset, with an eye for details, ability to prepare/manage schedules to deliver under tight deadlines Experience working at an organisation going through an Agile transformation Be able to communicate the analytical findings, both in writing and verbally Solution focused and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
