Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales targets for Rolls-Royce Solutions PowerGen business in APAC for critical power solutions
  • Execute on defined growth measures, country strategies, key deals, life cycle analysis to grow market share of Rolls-Royce
  • Prepare market strategic decisions to grow the business in associated countries in cooperation with internal and external partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend promotional campaigns, trade shows, seminars, symposiums and product presentations
  • Motivate, support and review Distributors, System Integrators and/or direct customers to find optimal critical power solutions
  • Support network management, marketing, sales engineering, project management, order management, controlling, R&D by providing necessary information
  • Provide specification/requirements to the application team for application engineering matters using computerized engineering tools/database and technical library

Requirements

  • University/college studies in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering
  • Sales experience (minimum 5 years) in relevant industry or power generation business
  • Strong sales track record from lead to quote to order to completed project & installations
  • Understanding of technical specification and applications of critical power systems
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and team management
  • Experienced in commercial terms
  • Independent, reliable and proactive personality
  • Comfortable with 25% traveling in Asia
