Key Responsibilities
- Implement equipment improvement projects to achieve optimal maintenance cost per wafer, reliability, yield, and throughput.
- Manage new equipment start-up processes, including vendor liaison through to production acceptance.
- Establish CM procedures and troubleshooting guides for efficient issue resolution.
- Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Establish critical spares and consumables stock levels to minimize equipment recovery time.
- Translate Production and Engineering needs into actionable maintenance tasks to meet manufacturing targets.
- Participate in cost reduction projects and generate Pareto reports on equipment downtime to analyze chronic issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
- More than 10 years of experience in NiPd plating processes on APS (German supplier) Tools.
- Proficiency with Bath Analysis supported by Nova Ankolyzer.
- Deep knowledge of the specific tool types used in the process.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and block diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across departments.
