Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to define recruitment demands and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing strategies to salary negotiations and pre-employment checks.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent SMRT at recruitment events.
- Support the continuous review and enhancement of recruitment processes, workflows, and templates.
- Contribute to the preparation and reporting of key recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Singapore’s labour laws and legislations, including TGFEP.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in mass and/or specialized recruitment.
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors or an equivalent Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Familiarity with various recruitment channels and platforms for active sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
