Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Singapore’s labour laws and legislations, including TGFEP.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in mass and/or specialized recruitment.
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors or an equivalent Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Familiarity with various recruitment channels and platforms for active sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
