Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UX development process—from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and final product delivery

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Building, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in UX development, preferably in a senior or lead capacity
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI development work
Proficiency in building and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Experience working in agile development environments is a plus
Experience in life sciences or genetic sciences domain preferred
Familiarity with UX metrics and data-driven development
Experience crafting for mobile and responsive web applications
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial
