Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in quality control for facilities and fab use, including UPW, Chemicals, wafers, Fab Environment, and Incoming Quality Check (IQC) of materials.
- Support ad hoc analysis services to maintain fab operations.
- Plan and control lab inventory, including wipers, face masks, gloves, PPE, tools consumables, and chemicals.
- Coordinate quality assurance monitoring for facilities and points of use (chemical, slurry, ultra-pure water, wafer, SMIF pod, wafer box, and IQC).
- Communicate with end-users and follow up on Out of Control (OOC)/Out of Specification (OOS) issues.
- Manage, maintain, and verify functionality of lab equipment and perform troubleshooting when required.
- Plan and control calibration for Chemical Lab equipment such as ICPMS, ICPOES, and IC.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), calibration, and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and guide engineers to improve analytical tools and methods.
- Manage lab operations by maintaining documentation, reporting weekly updates, arranging manpower, and conducting internal audits.
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Processing or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, lab, and/or quality related fields preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
