  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Proven technical expertise in Metrology or Defect Inspection processes
  • Hands-on experience with equipment such as KLA-Tencor 28xx/29xx, AMAT Compass/Complus, or Hitachi SEM tools
  • Strong proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Experience using defect management software such as Klarity or Knights
  • Familiarity with 8D problem-solving methodology and FMEA procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure cleanroom environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data
