Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Windows Server (2016-2025) in on-premises and multi-cloud environments.

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, AWS CLI, Azure CLI, and gcloud CLI for automation and remediation.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for cloud-based Windows servers, including DR testing.
  • Participate in 24/7 shift rotation to provide round-the-clock operational support and on-call duties.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with cloud services including EC2, S3, IAM, EBS, CloudWatch, Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Compute Engine, etc.
  • Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and WSUS.
  • Proven ability to follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform OS-level troubleshooting for application issues (permissions, services, registry).
  • Experience executing security remediations and vulnerability management tasks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
