Key Responsibilities

- Build automation for recurring tasks and dashboards using relevant tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience with SNOP process and business plan management.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of Manufacturing Science (scheduling, inventory management, overseeing production capabilities).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of area tool configurations and basic process/mechanical functionality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive-ready presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
