Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Vendor Co‑Marketing in the assigned region, working with OEM vendors and internal Dell stakeholders

  • Facilitate strategic communication with OEM vendors regarding co‑marketing programs
  • Manage business management systems for tracking program progress, funding status, and approvals with regional operations
  • Conduct regular alignment calls with stakeholders to review progress and mitigation plans
  • Review all risk assessments (e.g., clawback/goodness) released by Finance/Operations with relevant stakeholders and C&C
  • Act as Vendor Funding SME (subject matter expert) for local and regional teams
  • Drive timely and accurate forecast/outlook processes for vendor funds
  • Manage final accrual reviews with C&C and Finance to ensure expected landing and AOP alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS)
  • 5+ years of IT industry experience
  • 1+ years of alliance/vendor ecosystem experience preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Broad understanding of marketing activities and execution tactics
  • Strong communication and skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly motivated individual capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Prior knowledge of Dell products and services is a plus
  • Prior experience in marketing or vendor‑funded programs is beneficial
  • Strong existing relationships with strategic vendors (e.g., Microsoft) are preferred
