Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Supply Chain Engineering, Product Development, Planning, and GSA to ensure reliable, high-quality components for manufacturing.
- Validate Supplier Processes during New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change Note (ECN), and Supplier Change Requests (SCR).
- Act as the technical link between ResMed and electronics suppliers, clearly communicating product specifications and assessing supplier capabilities.
- Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues by driving root cause analysis, managing Corrective Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement.
- Participate in supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment focused on supplier quality, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional departments in a proactive manner.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for supplier collaboration and audits.
