Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR role experience as a generalist or handling HR operations in an MNC matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience supporting and executing employee events and engagement activities.
  • Strong operational aptitude to manage both strategic support tasks and tactical HR matters.
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Adaptable team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
