Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR role experience as a generalist or handling HR operations in an MNC matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience supporting and executing employee events and engagement activities.
- Strong operational aptitude to manage both strategic support tasks and tactical HR matters.
- Keen attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Adaptable team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
