Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Engineers & Data Scientists to implement I4.0 projects requiring coordination across global teams.
- Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Central Cost, Site Cost, and Program Management to implement end-to-end AI solutions for cost opportunity identification and value capture.
- Quantify, track, and monitor the financial and operational impact of I4.0 solutions on the business.
- Identify new I4.0 use cases and guidelines within strategic and operational engineering and commercial processes.
- Develop business cases, including impact validation approach and ROI for potential solutions, and prioritize projects for implementation.
- Think critically to break down complex data and processes, identifying key levers for applicable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Systems and Design, Business Analytics, or related fields (equivalent experience considered).
- 3-5 years of work experience in Cost projects and Cost initiatives within Operations functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work multi-functionally with peers, senior, and mid-level management.
- Peer leadership and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to remain flexible to changing business needs.
