Key Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in manufacturing capability and efficiency within areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure global site alignment on strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives, linking roadmaps to big rock performance improvements.
  • Track alignment decisions and hold accountability when sites deviate from the defined roadmap/path.
  • Interface with global procurement supplier account managers to ensure technical requirements inform procurement strategies.
  • Interface with corporate EHSS and site Process Hazard Analysis engineers to ensure process safety requirements are met.
  • Interface with strategic suppliers, aligning priorities with operations objectives and area strategy/roadmap, leveraging them as operational resources.
  • Execute quarterly internal benchmarking to identify performance gaps and prioritize efforts (internal/external) to close them.
  • Manage and execute Tool of Record (TOR) and Manufacturing Tool Evaluation Program (MTEP) requirements for effective capital business processes.
  • Manage and execute Executive Review Meeting (ERM) priorities/projects, driving the Operations Roadmap for the area.

Requirements

  • Management/Leadership experience at or above Senior Manager level.
  • Technical experience at or above Member of Technical Staff (MTS) equivalent.
  • Proven ability to drive manufacturing capability and efficiency improvements.
  • Experience aligning global sites on strategy and roadmaps.
  • Ability to manage complex technical interfaces with suppliers and internal engineering groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver industry benchmark methods at the lowest cost.
