- Demonstrated proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Strong background in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environments.
- Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and yield analysis software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical roadmaps and project timelines.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is preferred.
