Key Responsibilities
- Develop Predictive Models for Energy Performance Indicator (EnPI) using R for multivariate regression and panel data techniques.
- Automate and Enhance Analytical Tableau Dashboard using Python/SQL scripts for ETL processes and data refreshes.
- Automate Data Validation Checks using Python/SQL to reconcile data across 30+ data streams and ensure CSRD compliance.
- Create and execute data analyses, data collection systems to maximize statistical efficiency and quality for HSE.
- Use statistical approaches to interpret data and analyze results.
- Assist in driving improvement of Schneider Electric Ecostruxure (e.g., Resource Advisor and Power Monitoring Expert).
- Support Schneider Electric sustainability programs to improve waste management and recycling programs.
- Gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate information for Health, Safety, and Environment business evaluations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics/Data Science/Business Analytics/Mathematics or related field, or Environmental/Sustainability with minor in former field.
- Proficiency in Python/Java/SQL/R.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment and have sound judgement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
