Key Responsibilities

- Maintain stringent safety standards, support WSH activities, and promote resource conservation (Energy, Water, Chemical, Gas).
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage technical maintenance teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting Wafer Fab Manufacturing Operations is highly desirable.
- Strong technical background in PVD or related semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive equipment performance targets (high yield, low defect density).
- Proficiency in leading technical problem-solving initiatives (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
- Experience in cost control and maintenance expenditure management.
- Ability to provide technical training and mentorship to engineering staff.
