Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirements analysis to address pain points in the Branch and Self-Service Banking (BSSB) platform.
- Define and design customer journey flows and groom User Stories in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Manage UAT for BSSB enhancements, including Test Planning and execution at the test lab.
- Conduct Live Verification at various ATM locations during weekends or after office hours based on deployment schedules.
- Provide Business As Usual (BAU) Support, including resolving user queries, issues, and configuration changes.
- Manage production issues and ensure timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Serve as part of the application security key custodian team, supporting activities at Data Centres during off-hours (1-2 times per month).
