Key Responsibilities
- Hold end-to-end accountability for the secretariat function of the Group Technology Risk Committee (GTRC) and Board Technology Committee (BTC), ensuring both forums operate with the rigour and discipline befitting Board and senior executive governance
- Manage the full committee lifecycle across both forums: strategic agenda design, coordination of materials across multiple senior agenda owners, pack quality assurance, minute-taking, action tracking, and post-meeting governance
- Maintain and evolve the rolling governance calendar, ensuring forward planning accounts for regulatory, strategic, and thematic cycles
- Serve as the primary governance interface between the Head of RMG-TR and Board, CRO, and CIO offices on committee-related matters
Requirements
- RMG Group leadership Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in governance, secretariat, business management, or COO-type functions within financial services or a comparably regulated industry
- Demonstrable experience operating at Board or senior executive level, including production of Board-quality materials and direct engagement with C-suite stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial services governance frameworks, committee structures, and regulatory environments; prior experience in technology risk or IT governance is advantageous
